How many jackpot levels can I run?+
From 1 to 10 levels. Common naming runs Mini, Minor, Major, Grand and Mega, but the names, sizes and contribution of each tier are fully configurable. More levels create more frequent small wins and more on-screen movement; fewer are simpler and cheaper to fund.
Are your jackpots floor-wide capable, and is that the best setup?+
Most themes can run standalone on a bank or share a tier floor-wide. The layout we recommend is a banked hybrid: a jackpot per bank — achievable and hitting often, so players move between banks — plus a single top tier linked floor-wide for one big shared number. A lone floor-wide jackpot tends to become wallpaper, and frequent, achievable wins create a stronger player experience than one rarely-dropping number.
What mounting options are available?+
Three: a bank-of-4 overhead sign (maximum reach, ideal for flagship floor-wide jackpots), an individual cabinet topper (brand machines independently), or the cabinet’s built-in top-box monitor (no extra signage hardware). You can preview any theme on each mounting in the on-site visualiser.
Can I customise a theme?+
Yes — every catalogue theme is customisable: colours, branding, naming, sound, contribution rates and bet range. For a fully bespoke look we also build custom branded jackpots end-to-end, including your venue’s logo, characters and seasonal one-offs.
How does the visualiser work?+
Pick a jackpot theme, pick a mounting layout (overhead sign, cabinet topper or top-box), and the visualiser composites the theme art onto a real cabinet photo so you can see the result before you buy. It is deep-linkable, so you can share a preview with colleagues.

What is a mystery jackpot versus a must-win jackpot?+
A mystery jackpot hits at a random value within a configured range, so players never know exactly when it will drop. A must-win-before jackpot guarantees a tier pays out before reaching a set ceiling, giving you a predictable, advertisable event.
